Why might you want to work with me?

I am trained and experienced in delivering Montessori programmes for 3-6 and 6-12 year olds.
I have expertise in training kaiako and also in leading teams.
I’m committed to nurturing child-centred and inclusive classroom cultures.
I understand the educational context in New Zealand, the difficulties of integrating Montessori with mainstream practice, and the compromises to “ideal Montessori practice” which many of us face.

In addition my consultancies are informed by my training and interests in the areas of Neuroscience, Learning Styles, Multiple Intelligences, Peer Mediation, Conflict Resolution and Non-violent Communication.
